Brisbane MenuThe dining experience is relaxed and informal with a focus on great beer, fresh food and distinctive wines. Our wine list is atypical of a conventional local pub, now more in tune with London's 'gastropub' style. Though the focus leans toward affordable premium domestic wines, recently it has been expanded and the scope broadened to include wines from more diverse regions. Well-considered and balanced the wine list offers interesting choices for wine-drinkers and wine-lovers alike.

Recently added to the Brisbane's popular seasonal menu are the weekly Chef specials. Anthony Schell is further broadening the food offering with these specials available during the week.

For your convenience there is table service to all area's of the hotel for both food and beverages.


We take lunch reservations 7 days
Dinner reservations Mon - Thu
Sun: Lunch only, Pizza & Snack menu from 4pm - 9pm

Dinner Friday & Saturday - On Friday and Saturday evenings, please talk to our table host on your arrival to let us know your requirements. We will do our best to find a table to suit your needs as soon as possible, which may mean a drink or two at the bar or a snack to start.
